What can I do if a treat expired before I could use it?

All the treats are valid for limited periods of time, and these are explained in the Treat Me Terms & Conditions page. 

Every time a treat becomes available for you, you'll also receive an email including details on how long it will last for. Please note that if you opted out of email communications, you won't receive this information. 

We recommend you read these information carefully, to make the most of your Treat Me card. Unfortunately, if a treat has expired before you could use it means it's no longer available for you, and you will have to wait until the next one becomes available.
