Why am I being charged for delivery even if I'm spending more than the threshold?

If your order total is more than the threshold for the chosen delivery option, but you're still getting charged for delivery, please get in touch with our Customer Service team and they will be happy to assist you.

Please check carefully that the chosen delivery options you selected offer a threshold above which you'll get free delivery, and if you are a Treat Me customer please make sure you're logged in into your Treat Me account, otherwise the threshold won't apply.

Please note that some delivery options, like Morning Next Day, Nominate a Day and Saturday delivery, don't have a threshold so have a fixed cost regardless of the amount of your purchase.
