How can I check where is my parcel?

If your chosen delivery option offer a tracking service, you will be sent a tracking code in the Dispatch confirmation email and you can use that to track your parcel.

If you choose Standard delivery or Click & Collect, these are un-tracked service, so please wait until the whole estimated period has passed (4-6 working days for Standard delivery and 1-3 working days for Click & Collect) before getting in touch with our Customer Service team.

Please note that Saturday and Sunday aren't considered when referring to "working days" so make sure you don't include these when counting the days to delivery.
