Can I use emojis or special characters when I personalise a product?

Emojis or special characters cannot be included. You can only personalise products with standard characters, letters or numbers.

Please note that even if you manage to add an emoji or any special character to your personalisation this does not mean the product will come with emoji or special characters. Your product will simply be personalised with standard characters and the special characters will be removed.
